Change the report format
The report format controls how your data is displayed in Better Reports, such as in a table, matrix, or graph layout. You can change the format at any point while building a report.

- Create a new report or open an existing report
- Select Edit
- Select the Report format selector above the Selected fields pane
- Select your preferred report format
⚠️ Better Reports attempts to move fields between formats when possible, but some format changes remove all applied fields and filters from the report. Removed fields are not restored when you switch back to the original report format.
