Connector pricing overview
Pricing varies based on the connector you use. This article explains how pricing works for each connector.
In this article:
💡All charges are billed in USD. Recurring and usage-based charges are billed every 30 days from the subscription start date. All connectors include a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel your subscription before the trial ends.
Shopify pricing
Pricing is based on your store’s Shopify plan.
The following plans apply to stores using Shopify:
We offer separate pricing for stores on the following plans:
- Basic: $19.90 per month
- Grow: $39.90 per month
- Advanced: $149.90 per month
- Plus: $299.90 per month
- Nonprofit: $19.90 per month for the NPO Lite plan and $39.90 per month for the NPO Full plan
- Pause and Build: $19.90 per month
If you’ve installed Better Reports on multiple stores, Shopify’s permission model requires billing to be set up per store. This means you're charged separately for each store.
We offer multi-store discounts based on your order volume and each store’s plan. To learn more about multi-store pricing, contact our support team.
Stripe pricing
Pricing is based on a flat monthly fee, plus a per-transaction rate after the first 500 transactions.
The following transaction types contribute to your monthly total:
- Payments
- Collected application fees (relevant only if you are a Connect platform)
- Issuing transactions (relevant only if you issue payment cards)

Help Scout pricing
Pricing is based on a flat monthly fee, plus a per-conversation rate after the first 500 conversations.
