Navigate the Reports tab
The Reports tab is where you can access your reports. This article explains where to find built-in and custom reports, and introduces the tools available to help you locate or create reports.
In the Reports tab (1), your custom reports are listed in the Custom reports section (2). This includes any report you create yourself, as well as reports created for you by the support team. All other sections contain built-in reports and are named after their root table, such as Product variants or Orders for Shopify, or Balance transactions for Stripe.
You can use the search box (3) to find reports by full or partial report name. To create a custom report from scratch, select Create custom report (4) or go to the Explore tab.
💡 Reports are listed in alphabetical order within each report section. You can rename your custom reports using a consistent prefix to group them and make them easier to find.
For example, prefixes such as Analytics or Fulfilment, or emojis like 🟢 or 📦, can help group related reports at a glance.
