Navigate the Schedule tab
The Schedule tab lets you create and manage report schedules. This guide explains how to navigate the Schedule tab and use the available tools and options.
At the top of the page, the Schedule tab (1) is highlighted in the navigation bar, indicating that you’re currently viewing the page.
At the top-left of the Schedule tab (1), you can review:
- Your estimated monthly scheduled runs (2)
- The number of scheduled runs available for your store (3)
In Standard accounts, this section shows your estimated monthly scheduled runs and estimated monthly cost instead.
Use the search box (4) to find a schedule by name. Use the filters next to the search box to filter schedules by status (5) or format (6).
Schedule columns
The Schedule tab includes a table with the following columns:
- Report (7): The report name, with a link icon that opens the report in a new tab
- When (8): The schedule frequency
- To (9): The schedule format and recipients
- Next Run (10): The next scheduled run timestamp
- Status (11): The schedule status
Select the Sort icon (12) in the column header next to Report, Next Run, or Status to sort the table by that column.
Manage schedules
Each schedule appears as a row in the table.
Select the Actions button (13) at the end of a row to:
- Run a schedule
- Enable or disable a schedule
- Delete a schedule
To edit a schedule, select the schedule row to open the schedule details page, where you can update the schedule configuration.
To create a new schedule, select the Create schedule button in the upper-right corner (14).
