Schedule a report

You can schedule any report in Better Reports to automatically run and deliver it at set times. This article explains how to create a report schedule.

1. Navigate to the Schedule tab
2. Select Create Schedule
3. Under Report settings
   1. If using a Shopify integrated account, select the Report
   2. If using a Standard account, select the Connection and Report
4. Under Schedule settings:
   1. Configure the Frequency , interval and run time options
   2. Choose either Deliver empty reports or Skip empty reports
5. Under Delivery settings, choose a delivery type:
   1. Email:
      1. Enter or select each recipient email address
      2. Select the export Format (CSV, Excel, PDF or HTML)
      3. Configure the formatting options, if needed
      4. Configure the customizable email options, if needed
   2. Google Sheets:
      1. Add a new Google Account or select an existing one
      2. Choose the run Behavior
      3. Select the destination Google Sheets file and Sheet
      4. Configure the formatting options, if needed
6. Select Save schedule
