Scheduled report run allowance
In Better Reports, reports can be scheduled to deliver at set frequencies via email or to a Google Drive destination.
A scheduled report run is a single instance where Better Reports automatically generates and sends a scheduled report at its set time.
Each time a scheduled report runs, it counts as one run, regardless of how many email recipients receive the report.
Scheduled runs that are skipped because the report contains no data are still counted towards your monthly allowance.

Shopify
For Shopify accounts, your monthly scheduled report run allowance is based on your Shopify plan type. This allowance limits how many schedules you can create.
You can see how many runs are currently scheduled for the month, and your total monthly allowance, in the banner at the top of the Schedule tab.

If your scheduled runs reach the monthly allowance, you’ll need to purchase additional runs before creating new schedules.
How additional run pricing works
Shopify accounts can purchase additional scheduled report runs.
The price per additional run is determined by your included monthly allowance, and follows the same tiered pricing used for Stripe and Help Scout accounts.
Once your included allowance is exceeded, additional runs are priced according to the applicable tier.
To add additional runs, contact our support team with the number of additional scheduled report runs you need. We’ll update your monthly allowance and ask you to approve the updated pricing, as required by Shopify’s billing model.
Stripe and Help Scout
For Stripe and Help Scout accounts, scheduled report runs are usage-based.
Standard accounts include up to 500 scheduled report runs per month at no cost. Additional runs are automatically billed based on usage at the end of your billing period.

There is no fixed limit on how many schedules you can create. Scheduled runs above the included amount will appear as a separate line item on your monthly bill.
