Cancel a subscription
Each Better Reports connector has its own billing setup. This article explains how to cancel a subscription for each connector.

Shopify
For Shopify, subscriptions are cancelled by uninstalling the Better Reports app from your Shopify admin. For detailed steps, see Shopify's instructions for uninstalling an app.
⚠️ If you are using a Standard account, disconnecting a Shopify connection does not cancel your subscription. You must uninstall the app from your Shopify admin to end the subscription.
Stripe
For Stripe, subscriptions are cancelled by uninstalling the Better Reports app from your Stripe admin. For detailed steps, see Stripe's instructions for uninstalling an app.
⚠️ Uninstalling the app from your Stripe account will disconnect it from all connected organisations. If you have the same Stripe account connected to multiple organisations and want to disconnect from one, please reach out to the support team for guidance.
Help Scout
For Help Scout, a subscription is cancelled when you disconnect the connection from your organisation.
💡 Only members with the Admin role can disconnect a connection.
- Choose your organisation using the Organisation selector in the top left corner
- Select the Settings tab
- Select the Data connections section
- Select Disconnect on the relevant connection
- Select OK in the popup window
