With Better Reports installed on your stores, you can enable multi-store reporting by contacting us. Multi-store reporting allows you to compare and collate data across your different stores using 'shop' fields. We can also handle FX conversion across stores, even if each store has a different default currency. You will still receive individual reporting for each store as well.
Due to how permissions work in Shopify, billing is done at a store level. Therefore, you will be charged separately for each store on which you install Better Reports. However, we offer multi-store discounts based on your order volume and each store's plan, and we can provide you with a bespoke price.
To set up multi-store reporting, simply email us at hello@betterreports.com with the stores you'd like linked, which store you want to be the "parent" store, and whether you want "child" store data to be included by default in reports on the "parent" store. If you want all data included by default, this will also affect your existing reports.
